Lee D. Paresky, CPA, Founding Partner

Lee is the managing partner and one of the founding partners of Paresky Flitt & Company, LLP. His "hands on" experience and his entrepreneurial thinking in a wide variety of businesses and industries have given him insight into what it takes to make a good business better and a better business great.

Lee has extensive experience working with closely-held and family-owned businesses and their shareholders. This experience includes business planning, tax planning, personal financial planning, cash flow analysis, auditing, and other accounting services.

Lee received his Bachelor of Business Administration from Assumption College, graduating summa cum laude, and he received his CPA in 1984. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Lee likes to exercise and travel. He lives in Douglas with his wife, Lynn, of 30 years and a big Labrador named Tobey.
