Michael R. Okenquist, CPA, CVA, MBA, Partner

Michael joined the firm in 2000 and became a partner in 2007. He has enjoyed working with clients in all areas of accounting, auditing, and tax. Prior to joining PFC, Mike spent several years at a public accounting firm in Worcester, and he also spent a few years working with New England Financial (Currently MetLife) in its internal audit department.

The atmosphere at PFC has fostered Mike's growth and has paralleled clients' growth and successes. Mike says, "I love helping our clients achieve their personal and business goals. The firm gives me the tools and the opportunities to help make it happen. Successful people surround themselves with professionals for guidance and growth. I am proud to be a contributing factor to their team."

Mike is a member of AICPA, MSCPA, and the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts (NACVA), and he went through the NACVA Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) Training Center. He earned his B.S. and MBA from Nichols College, and he received his CPA in 1996. Currently, Mike is enrolled in Bryant University 's MST Program with an anticipated graduation date of May 2008.

An avid runner and sports fanatic, Mike serves as a statistician for the New England Patriots. He makes his home in Uxbridge with his wife and two children.
