Wayland, MA, September 23, 2011 --- The staff at Paresky Flitt & Company, LLP, of Wayland, MA, responded to an urgent request from A Place to Turn by collecting and donating a large amount of food in August.

According to Joanne Barry, Executive Director of A Place to Turn, "In August we had our highest number of requests for food, more than ever before in our thirty-year history. It did not take long to deplete our shelves. We sent out a plea to corporations in the area and the staff at Paresky Flitt did not let us down. In fact, we were pretty amazed at how much they collected in such a short time." The organization is an emergency food program dedicated to helping less fortunate families in the metro west area.
