August 6, 2008, Wayland, MA --- Christopher B. Jones, CPA, and Michael R. Okenquist, CPA, MBA, have been named partners at Paresky Flitt and Company, LLP, (PFC) a leading certified public accounting firm located in Wayland, MA.

Jones, of North Grafton , MA, who most recently served as an associate at Paresky Flitt and Company, LLP, has been with the firm since 2004. As a partner he will provide leadership for the company's mission to develop and promote value for its clients and their businesses in this ever changing environment. A graduate of Nichols College , he is a member of the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts (NACVA) and is currently working on his Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) designation which will certify him to perform business valuations. Jones is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants. In addition, Chris is certified to perform peer reviews of other CPA firms, an industry quality control procedure, to ensure firms are compliant with the profession's rigid standards.

Okenquist, of Uxbridge , MA , joined Paresky Flitt and Company, LLP, in 2000. He earned his B.S. and MBA from Nichols College and received his CPA in 1996. Michael earned his Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) designation in March 2008 and is currently working to grow the business valuation practice area within the firm.

He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Massachusetts Certified Public Accountants, the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts and is enrolled in Bryant University 's Master's in Taxation Program.
