August 18, 2009, Wayland, MA --- Paresky Flitt & Company, LLP, a leading certified public accounting firm, is pleased to announce that Scott P. Gallagher, CPA, has joined its Wayland, Massachusetts-based firm.

Scott brings 12 years of public accounting experience to his new position at Paresky Flitt. He gained broad experience in financial statement audit and review, as well as corporate and individual tax, during his 10 years with Worcester-based Greenberg, Rosenblatt, Kull & Bitsoli, P.C., where he worked as a manager and QuickBooks ProAdvisor with clients in the construction, service, retail, healthcare and manufacturing industries. Most recently he was affiliated with the Boston-based firm, The Siegfried Group, LLP.

A graduate of Assumption College , Scott is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants (MSCPA), and Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE). Scott is currently working toward his certification in fraud examination. Scott and his family reside in Jefferson, MA.
