Students Receive Scholarship from Paresky Flitt & Company, LLP |
June 22, 2010, Wayland, MA --- For the second year, Paresky Flitt & Company, LLP, of Wayland, MA , has awarded college scholarships to two area high school graduates. This year's recipients reside in Natick and Framingham.
College costs are estimated to increase this year 4.4% for public colleges and 6.5% for private colleges, according to CollegeBoard. David Lorenzi, a partner at the firm, stated "Our scholarship program gives us an opportunity to help area students defray some of their financial costs for higher education."
Christopher Funnell, a Natick High School graduate is the recipient of one of the scholarships. He plans to attend Bentley University in the fall. The second scholarship was awarded to Sean Egan a Framingham High School graduate, who has been accepted at the Isenberg School of Business at UMass Amherst.
